Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 8, 2026

Baseline notice: This policy is a general starting point for Wynne Foundry’s corporate website. Product-specific practices, app-store disclosures, and applicable laws may require additional terms. It should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before relying on it for a product launch.

Overview

Wynne Foundry LLC (“Wynne Foundry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit wynnefoundry.com, use the Covenant Kids or Remember With Me mobile apps, or contact us.

App privacy policies

Mobile app

Covenant Kids

The Covenant Kids mobile app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The app requires no account, no sign-up, and no login. No usage data, device identifiers, or personal information are gathered by the app or shared with any third party. In-app purchases are processed directly through the Apple App Store and Google Play; we do not receive or store any payment information.

Mobile app

Remember With Me

Remember With Me is built to keep as little as possible off of your device. Photos, voice recordings, and facts you add stay on your device by default. Information leaves your device only for an optional feature you choose to use or when you deliberately share a specific item with a specific person.

Stays on your device

Photos, voice recordings, and facts you add for People, Places, Stories, Calendar, and Remember-practice.

Leaves only when you choose

An anonymous device ID and limited settings for optional Family Sync; end-to-end encrypted entries you send through the optional Family Inbox; membership and purchase information if you buy a plan; approximate location for an optional weather request; or an item you deliberately share through your phone.

1. Who we are

Remember With Me is an app made by Wynne Foundry LLC to help a person living with dementia stay connected to the people, stories, and daily routines that matter to them—and to lighten the load on the family member helping them do it. This policy describes what information the app collects, why, and what control you have over it.

Remember With Me does not diagnose, treat, or manage any medical condition, and nothing in the app or this policy should be read as medical advice.

2. Information kept only on your device

By default, everything you add to the app stays on the device it was entered on, in a private database the app manages. This includes:

  • People—photos, names, relationships, facts, and a voice sample or favorite song, if you add one
  • Places & Things—homes, hometowns, pets, and other anchors
  • Stories—voice recordings and any text or photos attached to them
  • Calendar events and Remember-practice facts
  • Settings—text size, which games are turned on, and similar preferences

None of this is sent to us, and we have no way to see it, unless you deliberately use one of the optional features described below.

3. Family Sync (optional)

Family Sync lets more than one family member’s device share the same app settings—for example, so text size or which games are turned on stays consistent whether Mom’s phone or Dad’s tablet is being used. It is entirely optional; the app works fully on a single device without it.

If you turn Family Sync on, the app creates an anonymous, per-device identifier—not tied to your name, email, or any other personal information—and uses it to:

  • Recognize your device as part of a household, once another device’s owner approves the join request
  • Sync the Settings values listed above—never People, Stories, Places, Calendar, or Remember-practice content, and never any photo, voice recording, or fact about the person you are caring for
  • Share the household’s membership status (for example, active or lapsed) so every phone in the household can tell whether the membership is current

This identifier and the settings it syncs are stored by our infrastructure provider, Supabase, which we have configured to operate this feature and which does not use this information for any purpose of its own.

4. Family Inbox (optional)

Family Inbox lets an approved family member send a Person, Story, Place, Calendar event, or Remember-practice entry—which may include a photo or a voice recording—from their own phone straight to the primary user’s phone. It is optional; the app works fully without it.

  • End-to-end encrypted. The receiving phone creates a private key that never leaves that phone. The sending phone locks each entry so that only the receiving phone can open it. We, and our hosting provider, cannot read what is sent.
  • Temporary. The server holds only the locked (unreadable) entry until the receiving phone collects it. Entries that are collected, or that are not collected within 14 days, are deleted automatically by a daily clean-up.
  • What the server can see. Only technical details needed to deliver the entry: its size, when it was sent and delivered, and which household it belongs to. It cannot see the sender’s name, the type of entry, or any of the contents.
  • Where it is stored. The locked entry is held in private storage on our infrastructure provider, Supabase, only until delivery or expiry. Once delivered, the entry is saved on the receiving phone like anything else you add to the app.

If you do not turn on Family Inbox, nothing is sent through it.

5. Membership and purchases

Remember With Me offers a membership (monthly or yearly, with a free trial) and a one-time lifetime purchase. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we never see or store your payment card or billing details.

To tell the app whether a membership is active, we use RevenueCat, a purchase-management service. RevenueCat receives your purchase and subscription records (such as which plan you bought and when it renews) and an anonymous app user ID—the same anonymous identifier used for Family Sync, not your name or email. It is used only to confirm membership and unlock the app; it is not used for advertising or tracking.

Optional renewal-reminder email. On the Membership screen you may choose to enter an email address so we can notify you about membership renewals, cancellations, lapses, or payment problems. This is entirely optional; the app works the same without it. If you enter one, it is stored with your household's settings by Supabase (so the household can see and change it) and is shared with RevenueCat, which passes it to our email service when a reminder needs to be sent. We use it only for membership reminders—never for advertising or marketing—and you can change it on the Membership screen at any time or email us at adam@wynnefoundry.com to have it removed.

If you are in a household using Family Sync and notifications are allowed on your phone, the app may also register a push notification token (a device identifier issued by Apple or Google through Expo’s notification service) so we can send a single notice if the household’s membership lapses. You can decline or turn off notifications in your phone’s settings at any time; the app continues to work.

6. Weather (optional)

If you grant the app location permission, the Morning Recap can include a short line about today’s local weather. To do this, the app requests your approximate location from your device—accurate to roughly a city block, not an exact position—and sends those coordinates to the weather service Open-Meteo for a single, real-time forecast lookup.

Not stored. Your location is not saved by the app, by us, or—to the best of our understanding of Open-Meteo’s service—by Open-Meteo beyond what is needed to answer that one request. If location permission is denied or unavailable, the Morning Recap simply skips the weather line; nothing else in the app depends on it.

7. Content you choose to send someone

“Send Something From Here” lets a family member fill out a Person, Story, Place, Calendar event, or Remember-practice entry on their own phone and share it with whoever has the primary user’s device. When you use this feature:

  • The app packages what you entered—which may include a photo or a voice recording—into a file
  • It hands that file to your phone’s own share feature, so you choose exactly who receives it and through which app, such as Messages or Mail

This file-sharing method never passes through our servers. It goes directly from your device to the app and recipient you choose, the same way sharing any other photo from your phone would. (Family Inbox, described in Section 4, is the separate, encrypted alternative.)

8. What we do not collect

The app has no account system, so there is no sign-up, login, username, or password anywhere in it. We do not collect or have access to:

  • Your name, phone number, or mailing address, or an email address unless you choose to enter one for membership reminders (Section 5)
  • Your contacts or the device’s calendar
  • Any race, ethnicity, religious, political, or sexual-orientation information
  • Advertising identifiers—the app shows no ads and includes no advertising SDK
  • Analytics or crash-reporting data—the app does not currently use any analytics or crash-reporting service

9. How we use information

The limited information described in Sections 3 through 6 is used solely to operate the feature it belongs to—keeping a household’s settings in sync, delivering an encrypted entry, confirming membership, or looking up today’s weather. We do not use it for advertising, marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond providing the specific feature you turned on.

10. Who we share information with

We do not sell information, and we do not share it for advertising or marketing. The only outside services involved are:

  • Supabase, which hosts the Family Sync database on our behalf, under our configuration, solely to provide that feature
  • Open-Meteo, a weather service that receives an approximate location only when the app requests a forecast, as described above
  • RevenueCat, which processes purchase and subscription records and an anonymous app user ID to confirm membership
  • Apple and Google, which process payments through the App Store and Google Play, and deliver push notifications (via Expo’s notification service) if you allow them

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the public.

11. Retention and deletion

Content stored only on your device—People, Stories, Places, Calendar, Remember-practice, and Settings—stays there until you delete it or uninstall the app. If Family Sync is on, you remain in control of that data from the Family Sync screen:

  • Delete Everything On This Device permanently wipes all local content and resets Settings on that device
  • Delete This Household, available to the household owner, schedules the household’s data for permanent deletion, with a 60-day grace period in case it was done by mistake, after which it is purged automatically
  • A household owner can also remove an individual member at any time

Family Inbox entries are temporary: they are deleted from our servers once collected, or after 14 days if they are not. Purchase records held by RevenueCat, Apple, and Google follow those providers’ retention practices; you can ask us to request deletion of your RevenueCat records by writing to the contact address below.

12. Children’s privacy

Remember With Me is intended for use by adult family members and caregivers on behalf of a person with dementia. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

13. Security

Any information Family Sync, Family Inbox, purchases, or the weather feature sends off your device is encrypted in transit, and Family Inbox entries are additionally end-to-end encrypted so that only the receiving phone can read them. We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information described in this policy, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, let you know inside the app. We encourage checking back here occasionally.
